Texaska Pool & Pavilion is open for the 2024 Season!
Book your birthday party, family reunion, or just enjoy a private afternoon at the pool with your family. Fully equipped with outdoor kitchen including full size refrigerator/freezer, gas grill, and prep area and tables and chairs to seat 30 you've got everything you need for a great party! Rules
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS
Quite hours are from 10pm to 7am daily Keep music and other sound at a courteous level for your neighbors Long term tenants (30 day or longer stay) 18 years and older must pass a background check
CHILDREN AND VISITORS:
Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations. You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas. Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Trash
It is the responsibility of each camper to place their trash next to the wood post at the entrance to their site by 8:30am. Trash is collected daily at 8:30am. No bulk items i.e. furniture, tv, large electronics will be collected.
Sales
Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed.
Water hoses/sewer lines
All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks, please keep excess hose coil up on pad for ease of mowing.
Mats & Rugs
No mats, rugs, etc., allowed on the grass.
Clotheslines
No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or pallets; dog kennels, pens or dog runs allowed.
Fires
Open camp fires must comply with local burn bans when in effect. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted. Manufactured above ground fire pits are permitted.
Sub-Leasing
No sub-leasing is allowed.
Tent Camping
No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV.
Speed Limit
A 10 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.
RV's
All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition. RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Park management for long term stays.
